About the start of our new system

In July 2007, Business Bank Group introduced a pure holding company system with BBH Co., Ltd. as its holding company.

The previous consulting business was split up into wholly-owned subsidiaries operating in four main business segments, forming a solid business model for providing consultation services on business, systems, integrated development of human resources (outsourcing) and corporate advisory services.

As well as endeavouring to fortify our compliance systems and speed-up our decision-making processes, we are aiming for the entire group to grow even more.
